We do not collect data through cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools on this website.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Responding to inquiries — to answer questions submitted through our contact form (legal basis: your consent at the time of submission).
  • Project and business communication — to discuss, negotiate and deliver services (legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps).
  • Recruitment — to review and respond to job applications (legal basis: your consent or legitimate interest).

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected:

  • Contact form inquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted within 12 months.
  • Data related to ongoing or completed business relationships is retained for 5 years from the end of the relationship, in accordance with Finnish accounting and contract law.
  • Job applications are kept for 6 months unless you consent to a longer retention period.

5. Who Has Access to Your Data

Your data is processed only by FS Finland Oy staff involved in handling your inquiry or project. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share data with service providers strictly necessary for our operations (for example, email hosting). These providers are bound by data processing agreements and may not use your data for any other purpose.

6. Data Transfers Outside the EU

We aim to keep all data within the European Union. If any service provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, we ensure adequate safeguards are in place (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
